Was told order would be long 1h wait with the time it would aproximatly be ready 6h20 1h after that the order is still not ready i dont mind waiting but to be told a time and one hour after that time im still waiting is unacceptable

Calling at 7.30 pm or later, they often put on the voicemail which tells you that you CAN'T leave your order that way but offers no alternative. Once we called, someone actually picked up and told us to wait a couple of minutes. He never placed us on hold and we heard them laughing and joking in the background. There was no way to call back since the line was open. Pretty amazing stuff. If they treat customers that way then one wonders how they actually treat the sushi they prepare for you....
